We are a Mom & Pop team of designers/manufacturers of collars, harnesses, coats, crate covers, bedding and more for your pet. What makes your collars different? We realize that there are only so many ways to make a collar, so we here at Sew 'n Sew have tried to go the extra step to ensure your pets safety and comfort. We use 700 lb test webbing for all of our collars 3/4 inch and larger. We then wrap each piece of webbing in fabric to protect your pets neck. We use only the best quality quick release snaps, d-rings, sliders, martingale chains, o-rings, leash clips and other hardware. For cat collars, we use soft, supple leather as the base and then attach either satin or grosgrain ribbon to the front. We also add a bell to each collar for bird safety! We only use break away clips to ensure your cats safety, so we do not add a d-ring as leashes and break away clips should never be used together.
Why should I register? Registered users get first priority with questions and custom orders. You do not have to purchase anything to be a registered customer. We respect your privacy and will NOT share or sell our Dog Supplies Site.com customer list. We only send email Dog Supplies Site.com newsletters to those customers who sign up for it.
My crate is a different size. Do you do custom orders? Send us your crate size, whether the door is on the end, or on the side, what type of material (cotton or ultra suede) and colors preferred, and we will do our best to meet your requirements. We will post the products in our store within 1 - 2 weeks of request for registered customers. There is no extra charge for custom orders, all of our prices (Sew 'n Sew) are based on material costs. There is never any obligation to purchase.
How do I get my pet's picture on your site? Well that's an easy one! Just send us an email picture of your pet wearing or playing or sleeping on one of our products. Add your pets name, age and breed, and we will add them to our site. As older pictures get "bumped", we will migrate them to our gallery page, so your pet will always be with us. So send us your pictures and make your pet a star!
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to? We ship to North & South America, U.K., Europe, New Zealand & Australia. We use Canada Post for our shipments, all include insurance. Our shipping page will give you a choice of shipping options and prices based on package weight. There is no charge for shipping if the ship to address is Calgary, Alberta.
Do you take returns? Yes!! We will refund the item cost when returned with an authorization number (available upon request). We do not issue refunds for shipping/handlings fees, brokerage fees, duties or taxes. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused. 10% restocking charge on custom orders only.
My dog needs a different size collar, can you help? Yes, please send us your dogs neck size (inches or centimeters), collar type preferred (martingale or regular snap-clip), width desired, and color preferred. We will do our best to meet your needs. We will post the products in our store within 2 - 3 weeks. We do not charge a special fee for custom orders. All prices are based on material costs. There is never any obligation to purchase!
