We ship via Canada Post worldwide and our shipping page will give you a choice of options and prices based on weight and destination.

Calgary Shipping Address

Please choose the button marked Calgary Shipping Address Only. There is no charge for delivery within Calgary. If you live outside the city, and wish to pick up at no charge, please contact us for further instructions at pickup@dogsuppliessite.com.

Returns

We do accept returns on most items (see below for exceptions). There is a 10% re-stocking fee on custom orders only. Please contact us at returns@dogsuppliessite.com for instructions and a return authorization number (RAN). No refunds will be given for goods returned without a RAN.

Exceptions: 1. Items purchased from our "Animal Figurines and Collectibles" are not returnable. All sales from this category are final, no exceptions. Please email for further pictures before purchase.

                         2. Body jewellery is not returnable. No exceptions.
