We ship via Canada Post worldwide and our shipping page will give you a choice of options and prices based on weight and destination. Shipping is free on orders over $250.00 to North America. Please contact us for international rates on orders over $250.00.

Returns

We do accept returns on most items (see below for exceptions). There is a 10% re-stocking fee on custom orders only. Please contact us at returns@dogsuppliessite.com for instructions and a return authorization number (RAN). No refunds will be given for goods returned without a RAN.

Exceptions:  Body jewelery is not returnable. No exceptions.

We accept Paypal (and all of its accepted credit cards),cash, cashiers cheques or money orders from Canadian addresses. We accept Paypal only from non-Canadian addresses. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use your credit card. Paypal will allow you to pay via credit card without setting up a Paypal account.
